| Drugon the Frostblood is one of the 11 Legion World Bosses, and can drop ilevel 860 wrists and a few other items. He is only available when the World Quest The Frozen King is active, and some players have problems finding him once he is up.
In order to reach Drugon the Frostblood, you need to take the flight point to Stonehoof Watch. Now head on the road south of town, and follow it for like 30 seconds or so (coords: 59,69 Highmountain). Once you reach a branch to the right, take this into the snowy parts, and Drugon the Frostblood will be right there.
