| Patch 7.1 added new PvP mounts that can be obtained through 100% PvE means.
The  Free For All, More For Me achievement was added in Patch 7.1. It allows you to earn mounts by repeating PvP World Quests 20 times.
Completing the quest prior to the achievement introduction should retroactively give credit toward the count. Note that  Silver Hand Orders won't work for it. The achievement needs repetition of the following PvP World Quests:
Mount Variations
The Alliance version of the mount is  Reins of the Prestigious War Steed.
The Horde players can obtain a wolf mount -  Reins of the Prestigious War Wolf.
