| So it's been known that these existed for a while now, them being in the game files and all, but it seems Blizzard have switched the loot drop on as of this reset!  The First Satyr's Spaulders now drop from Xavius, following the the tradition of end-boss like items dropping from Lei Shen, Garrosh and Archimonde, but these are also special in that they have three secondary stats! Unfortunately the item budget is still the same, just distributed among three stats instead of two. Redditor Awmg_Ryan was among the first to get the drop:
